We understand the differing needs of travellers, and therefore we provide multiple options for our tours. Please note that all of our prices for this tour are in Australian Dollars.
Our accommodation in Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires will be in 4 star hotels - with most featuring additional facilities to make your stay more comfortable (pools, gyms, etc). Most accommodation will also include breakfast.
Single Room Package:
We organise your accommodation and all activities listed on the itinerary (tourist attractions, entertainment, tours and internal flights from Rio-Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo-Iguassu and Iguassu-BA). Your accommodation will be in private hotel rooms along the tour route. You will be responsible for booking your own transport/flights to and from South America (into Rio, out of Buenos Aires).
$4,750 AUD per person
Twin Room Package:
We organise your accommodation and all activities listed on the itinerary (tourist attractions, entertainment, tours and internal flights from Rio-Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo-Iguassu and Iguassu-BA). Your accommodation will be in private hotel rooms shared with one other guest along the tour route. You will be responsible for booking your own transport/flights to and from South America (into Rio, out of Buenos Aires). We will match you with another guest who has selected the twin room package.

'Mates Rate' Package:
Book with a mate and save!
This package includes twin share accommodation for you and your 'mate' at the designated hotels. It is designed for two people who book together and share a room together. (Please let us know your preferred bedding configuration) This allows you to bring your boyfriend/girlfriend/partner/sister/brother/cousin/best mate/mum/dad/colleague/friend and in doing so, get a discount for the both of you. This package also includes all daily activities listed on the itinerary(tourist attractions, entertainment, tours and internal flights from Rio-Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo-Iguassu and Iguassu-BA). You will be responsible for booking your own transport/flights to and from South America (into Rio, out of Buenos Aires).

- Flights to/from your home.
- Airport transfers to/from the nearest airport in your home country/city.
- Meals, snacks and drinks except for during the food tour of Rio.
- Souvenirs and shopping.

Sign-up/Payment
To confirm your place on this exciting adventure, we require you to pay a non-refundable deposit of $1000, or $1500 for the 'mates rates' price (you must sign up together). To avoid disappointment, sign up now.
The remaining balance will be required to be paid on or before February 16th 2020.

Please familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of your participation in the Urban Heartbeat tour of South America before you sign-up. Upon completion of sign-up, you will be required to sign the contract to finalise your place on the tour.
