We have the most awesome workouts lined up for you, scattered across the many neighbourhoods that make this city so unique. You will get to explore the diversity of food, people, landmarks and activities. Love this city just like the famous 'I heart NY' logo tells you. Believe us - you will find it very difficult not to.
This trip is in our "Energise" range of tours, meaning you will get to enjoy a great fitness experience whilst sampling awesome food and seeing all the sights of the city.
Each day you will take part in a morning fitness activity, enabling you to maintain and improve your fitness goals, as well as introduce you to new and exciting fitness regimes which may even become part of your everyday workouts when you return home. After that, we will show you the best food to restore your energy before embarking on an afternoon of sightseeing around many parts of NYC - not just the boring ''touristy'' bits you hear about, but also where the locals like to hang.
All you have to do is pack your bag, book your flight, and we will take care of the rest. The fitness activities are open to all levels of fitness, and there's plenty of walking as well.
