Our ENERGISE trips are our original and much loved adventures which combine fitness and travel into the one incredible experience! But don't think you need to be an Olympic athlete to join these. Just an interest in fitness will be enough as you see the local ways of life through the fitness scene in the destination of your choice!  
When you need to getaway but you also need to reset, our EXHALE trips allow you to do exactly this. We take you to awesome cities where you can take part in some relaxation and wellness focused activities, whilst getting to sample incredible food and see all the sights at the same time.
